The registration fee must be paid in full with a credit card when
registering for the conference.
Every paper must have at least one paid non-student registration
(i.e., the student registration is not sufficient) before June 10 in order to
be included in the conference proceedings.
Authors with multiple papers must pay one non-student registration for
each paper.
Student registration only applies to full-time students.
Proper IDs must be presented at the conference.
It cannot be used to satisfy the registration requirement for
the paper to be included in the companions.
Student registration does not include tickets for conference
reception on July 23 (Tuesday) and conference banquet on July 24 (Wednesday).
Refund Policy
Cancellation by June 15, 2019: Full refund besides the $50 USD administrative fee.
Cancellation by July 1, 2019: 50% refund of paid registration.
Cancellation after July 1, 2019: No refund.
However, you may substitute another person for your registration
at any time.

If you are the only author who paid a full registration fee for a paper that has
already been included in the proceedings, you cannot ask for a refund.
Paper Presentation
Every paper must be presented by one of the authors at the conference.
This requirement cannot be satisfied by a guest presenter who is not a co-author
of the paper, nor by a video presentation without an in-person appearance; such
papers will not be eligible for the digital library or the indexing service. Contact Professor Hongji Yang
with sufficient justification in the event of extraordinary circumstances that
would make attendance impossible.
